Our No BS Policy “You’re a t*at – and your tips are sh*t) was the message that landed in my inbox the a few years ago (without the asterisk). Fortunately, we do not receive many of those types of emails – this particular one came from a new member who had been with us for just two days and surprise surprise he had not had a winner yet from just three recommendations. I feel that the reason we consistently receive comments of this nature, even when models go through downswings, is our ‘No BS Policy”. What is our “No BS Policy? Quite easy really:

 – We welcome feedback – good and bad – as long as it is polite and considered, we’ll happily here your positive comments and gripes

 – We reply to EVERY message we receive

 – We try to go above and beyond for members – especially when things have not been going well

 

And we also don’t take any BS in return either – you are rude or swear to me or my team, you get one strike. Do it again, and we will wish you well and remove you. Sounds fair right?
